A series of pencil drawings at the Province Center showcases the Provincials of the Viatorian Community in the United States over the years. Roberta Michaletz, sister of Fr. James Michaletz, CSV, was commissioned to draw the latest addition – the 9th work of art in this series.
Rev. Charles Bolser, Provincial from 2001-2005 and Rev. Thomas von Behren, current Provincial since 2005, are included on this new piece. To capture the decade of their Provincialates, Fr. Louis Querbes, founder of the Clerics of St. Viator, is shown holding the globe to represent the Viatorian’s focus on international solidarity and the shift to a community of priests, brothers and lay associates.
