St. Viator Catholic Community in Las Vegas held its annual Taste of St. Viator on Saturday, the first since Fr. Edgar Suárez, CSV, began as pastor.
To celebrate the diversity of the parish, the event offers a range of culinary offerings, including Filipino, Mexican, Italian, Polish, and Irish foods, as well as some classic American staples.
The evening of fellowship on the parish campus also featured live music and games for kids. Teens from Viator Youth assist with serving food and leading the kids’ activities.
