The Committee in Solidarity with the People of El Salvador (CISPES) is affirming the Movement of Victims of the Regime (MOVIR) and their three years of struggle and to uplift their demands regarding the unjust Decreto 803 and the State of Exception in El Salvador. They continue to fight against the extension of pre-trial detention, against mass trials, and other injustices of the regime.

The Provincial Council signed on to a statement supporting the demands against Decreto 803 and these unjust practices.
