The Provincial Council of the Clerics of St. Viator, Province of Chicago, has signed a letter by Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC) to Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem that demands the restoration of critical oversight bodies in DHS.
