The Washington-based Latin America Working Group aims to ensure that United States policies protect migrants and human rights, uphold justice, and advance environmental and economic rights — in Latin America and the Caribbean. To achieve this mission, its staff members work with coalition partners and allied organizations to educate policymakers and the public and in order to mobilize a grassroots base that can influence U.S. policymakers to achieve change.
