Br. Rob Robertson, CSV: How to Center Yourself During Pandemic

In his more than 30 years as a Viatorian, Br. Rob Robertson, CSV, has accompanied young people as a guidance counselor and campus minister at Bishop Gorman and Saint Viator high schools, St. Viator Parish School in Las Vegas and most recently at Cristo Rey St. Viator in North Las Vegas. He recorded this video last week to explain to his current students how to center themselves and stay mentally well during this crisis. While the tips are aimed at high school teens, they easily apply to everyone.
