Today would have been the last Mass for graduating 8th graders at St. Viator Parish School in Las Vegas. How bittersweet that they cannot gather with the school community, to process into church in there graduation gowns, celebrate Mass and have their traditional St. Viator ribbons pinned on. Instead, the graduates themselves took part in a video that includes messages from their principal, Mrs. Tracy Brunelle, and teachers, as well as words from Fr. Richard Rinn, CSV, Pastor, and Fr. William Haesaert, CSV.
“It certainly is a time of celebration, but it is a time to move on, to accept new challenges, new opportunities and more responsibility,” Fr. Rinn said. “Know that you don’t go alone, but that our prayers are with you.”
