Viatorians have expressed opposition to using the military facilities at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, for detaining migrants.
Last week, the Provincial Council, Province of Chicago, signed a letter organized by the Center for Victims of Torture asking Congress to end funding and sanctioning of detention at this site.
