Fr. Corey Brost, CSV, just returned from a pilgrimage to the border, where he led young people in retracing the footsteps of migrants through the desert trying to reach safety.
Now, comes this report, from PBS News Hour, documenting human rights abuses at a migrant children’s detention facility.
“On this feast of the Body and Blood of Christ,” Fr. Corey says, “we must all ask ourselves how we can be in communion with these sisters and brothers if we seek to be in communion with the Lord.”
