Erin Cox was introduced as the representative of the Viatorian Community advocating for its core issues of social justice, at the 8th Day Center for Justice in Chicago. Specifically, Erin represents the Viatorians’ views on immigration reform, opposing U.S. sponsored torture, and working on issues of poverty, especially as it affects children and the trafficking of children. Erin also represents Our Lady of Victory Missionary Sisters, based in Huntington, IN. The Viatorians now join 40 religious congregations represented at the 8th Day Center, whose mission enables religious and laity to collaborate in a faith-based non-governmental organization.
